Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within [12–24 hours] of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact us at nettipattam9@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 7994964142 with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped or is in production (for custom/made-to-order items), it cannot be cancelled.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Since many of our Nettipattam and idol products are handcrafted to order, cancellations for custom items may not be possible once production has started. Please check the product page for specific timelines before ordering.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before the item is shipped, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–7] business days.

Order Changes

If you wish to change the size, design, or address of an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate the change if the order hasn't been shipped yet.
